Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent systems within a DevSecOps framework. You will implement enterprise-grade workloads with a focus on secure deployment across global environments, collaborating with developers and security teams to ensure compliance and performance.

The role requires extensive cloud/infrastructure experience, Terraform IaC mastery, and production Kubernetes expertise, with TS/SCI polygraph and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• TS/SCI with polygraph.
• BS/BA + 10 years or equivalent (AA + 15 years, MS + 8 years, or no degree + 20 years).
• 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Expert Terraform skills and IaC management.
• Experience operating production Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS).
• Experience with containers (Docker/Podman) and CI/CD.
• Python scripting and Java build toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IaC using Terraform, ARM templates, or similar.
• Build, optimize, and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Design data preprocessing workflows and vector DB infrastructure.
• Automate with PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Configure network security groups and cloud protective controls.
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and database services across clouds.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate testing into pipelines.
• Enforce security best practices for systems and data privacy.
• O&M of Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes in multiple domains.
• Conduct trade studies to select open-source or gov solutions.
• Scale platforms with internal/external teams and ensure security compliance.
