You will design, build, and operate core platform services, including CI/build systems, deployment orchestration, and test infrastructure, enabling thousands of engineers to ship reliably. You bring 5+ years in production software, strong distributed systems fundamentals, and experience with Go, Kubernetes, AWS, and observability tools like Datadog.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production software.
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals and Go or a similar language.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD tooling.
• Focus on reliability, security, and observability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate core developer infrastructure services across CI, build systems, deployment orchestration, and test infrastructure.
• Improve engineering productivity metrics: build/CI time, deploy speed, and test feedback quality.
• Own services end to end, including architecture, observability, SLOs, and on-call operations.
• Partner with engineering teams to understand pain points and drive platform improvements.
• Lead technical design for cross-cutting projects and drive them to production.
• Mentor engineers and help shape the platform's technical direction.
