Qualifications

• 8+ years of production software engineering experience.
• Strong command of backend technologies, especially Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build backend systems, managing features end-to-end.
• Partner with Infra and SRE for reliability and production health.
• Drive platform-level initiatives for team efficiency and responsiveness.
• Own incident response and contribute to blameless post-mortems.
• Mentor other engineers and tackle high-impact problems independently.
