Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise systems engineering experience.
• Security+ certification demonstrating baseline security knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms and Microsoft/Linux server administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior platform engineering support for DFAS CCE infrastructure.
• Process DFASNow Tier 3 priority tickets.
• Support implementation of new hardware and software into DFAS CCE.
• Take actions to properly test, configure, and install new technologies.
• Ensure no conflicts when implementing new technologies.
• Develop briefings, studies, project estimates, and cost benefit analyses.
• Support CCE infrastructure monitoring and service delivery.
• Coordinate with government team members on coverage and workload balance.
