You will be responsible for the following

Make sure the Platform is functional and reliable, providing maximum value to the users

Respect and actively leverage the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

Participate in setting the team goals, defining the roadmap, and planning the team activities

Actively contribute towards improving and scaling up the Platform - via Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) approach, automation, CI/CD deployments, etc.

Troubleshoot production issues across services and various levels of the technical stack

Expected experience and skills

Strong software/platform engineering background

Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (or other Clouds)

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AWS EKS)

Hands-on experience with Mulesoft platform management (CH, RTF)

Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) technologies like Terraform, Ansible, etc.

Strong problem-solving and "can do" mindset

Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a technical audience

Preferred experience and skills

Experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions

Working in agile teams and knowledge of the Kanban framework

CI/CD hands-on experience (Jenkins, Cloudbees CD)

Any experience with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)

Web-based technology stack knowledge - HTTP (TLS), REST, API

Basic QA and testing knowledge

Know your way around Linux and the Unix Shell
