Job summary

Technovate AI is building the internal platform that supports every client engagement, focusing on evaluation infrastructure, observability, and deployment tooling. You will own and extend critical platform components used across engagements and reduce operational burden with reliable tooling.

You will work with delivery engineers, run on-call rotations, and lead platform initiatives from proposal to rollout—improving production systems and elevating platform capabilities for the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer-experience engineering.
• Strong Python or TypeScript, and comfort operating production systems on AWS or Azure.
• Experience building tooling other engineers depend on daily.
• A bias toward boring, reliable solutions over novel ones.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer-experience engineering

• A bias toward boring, reliable solutions over novel ones

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM observability or evaluation tooling
• Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code depth
• Prior work in a consulting or agency environment
