Qualified Health is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our early engineering team and build the core services of our Gen AI for Healthcare SaaS platform. You will work closely with peers to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the generation AI infrastructure.

You will contribute to code, docs, automation, and production support while shaping the platform's evolution in a fast-growing health-tech startup.

Qualifications

• Production experience at scale of a generative AI application or platform.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript or Java, with some experience in a modern compiled language such as Go or Rust.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree is highly desirable.
• Able to work on-site in Palo Alto 3 days per week

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Platform Engineer to contribute to the development of our Gen AI for Healthcare SaaS platform. As a key member of our early engineering team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining the core services of our cutting-edge healthcare AI solution, collaborating closely with the team to ensure the platform's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Desirable Skills:

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Some experience with all three major cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Significant experience with GCP in particular
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry

Pay & Benefits:

The pay range for this role is between $160,000 and $240,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
