Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Platform Engineer to build and scale a modern, AI-forward infrastructure platform in Colorado. You’ll enable autonomous engineering teams to build, deploy and own their applications without Platform becoming a bottleneck.

You’ll design self-service capabilities, automation and guardrails, and operate scalable AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform/IaC environments while owning problems across cloud, security and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, SRE or DevOps engineering.
• Strong hands-on AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform/IaC experience.
• Technical depth across 2+ infrastructure areas such as networking, security/IAM or databases.
• Experience building self-service developer infrastructure or reusable Platform tooling.
• Strong production engineering, troubleshooting and end-to-end ownership.
