Description:

As a Sr. Engineer, you will be a technical expert in application and systems engineering, providing design recommendations aligned with long-term IT strategies. Your responsibilities include designing, planning, and developing critical software solutions, either independently or as part of a team.

1. Designing Solutions: Apply technical knowledge to meet customer outcomes and solve problems independently.
2. Implementing Solutions: Develop core software, ensuring stability, scalability, and resilience, either independently or collaboratively.
3. Learning and Applying New Techniques: Share innovative ideas with the team and encourage continuous learning.
4. Collaborating within the Team: Participate in planning sessions, help decompose work, and remove technical roadblocks.
5. Defining Engineering Standards and Patterns: Contribute to developing engineering practices, templates, and frameworks.
