Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software delivery experience.
• Strong Go and Python development skills.
• Deep knowledge of modern authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SpiceDB, OpenFGA).
• Experience with distributed high-throughput systems and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain authentication and authorization systems across research and live trading platforms.
• Ensure low latency, high availability, and scalability of critical auth services.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Infrastructure and AI teams; participate in on-call incident response.
