Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for the Retail and CPG Platform Architecture (Finance) to define the architecture of a scalable, GPU-accelerated retail platform. You will collaborate with engineering to build the platform, leveraging Nemo, Nemotron, NeMo, RAPIDS, cuOpt, and other NVIDIA blueprints to empower digital commerce, supply chain, and intelligent stores.

The role requires hands-on development experience, 15+ years in high-growth tech environments or AI agent

Qualifications

• BS in CS or EE or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in dynamic tech firms or AI for a major retailer.
• Hands-on coding experience and AI agent development.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
• Strong data pipelines, embeddings, and systems architecture knowledge.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Proven track record in lean, high-velocity environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product, technical vision and architecture.
• Develop platform strategy across supply chain, stores, and e-commerce.
• Architect and build systems hands-on using NVIDIA blueprints and components.
• Write code using NeMo, NIM, RAPIDS, and cuOpt to build the platform.
• Deliver a production-ready platform with focus on latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and solution engineers to scale the platform.
• Engage with ISVs, GSIs, and customers; contribute to thought leadership.
