Job summary

Inari Agriculture, Inc. is seeking a Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of core data, AI, and engineering platform components. You will shape authentication, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and deployment frameworks to empower multiple internal teams.

You will influence technical direction beyond your team, partnering with leadership to set priorities and ensure scalable, reusable systems for AI-enabled workflows and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software or platform engineering
• 2+ years in technical leadership or project leadership
• Strong hands-on design of platform architecture for data/AI systems
• Proficiency in Python and cloud/native tooling
• Ability to influence technical direction across teams
• Experience with production AI/ML infrastructure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of platform services, pipelines, and APIs.
• Drive authentication, CI/CD, IaC, and reusable deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate across AI, data, and software teams to align platform direction.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards.
