Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management within the Technology Product Management function for Marketing Solutions – Platform & Integration. This hybrid role involves coordinating with engineering, analytics, and business teams to define a strategic product roadmap, drive scalable platform solutions, and lead TPMs across cross-functional programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, API-driven architecture, and strong leadership to deliver complex platform

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management experience with a strong technical focus.
3+ years of people leadership experience managing TPM or PM teams.
Experience owning and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs with data platforms, system integrations, and platform architecture.
Strong technical understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, solution-level, platform-level, or infrastructure products.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables.
Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to design resilient, scalable systems.
Drive prioritization of initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and enable data-driven decision making.
Lead and mentor a team of TPMs, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
Drive execution excellence in an Agile delivery environment.
