Lancesoft seeks a Senior Staff Plastics Supplier Development Engineer to lead the injection molding tooling and part design efforts across a global supplier base. You will drive tooling optimization, moldflow analysis, and capital equipment deployments to reduce lead time and variation in high-volume medical molding projects.

The role collaborates with Quality, Sourcing, and Lifecycle Engineering to implement robust capital equipment, manage new part/tool designs, and guide suppliers toward

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Plastics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Related).
• 8+ years in Plastics Injection Mold Tooling and/or Part Design.
• Experience with RCA, risk assessment, and mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as plastics SME for injection molding tooling and part design.
• Provide guidance to suppliers on optimizing silicone parts and tooling for scalable manufacturing.
• Run moldflow analyses and develop risk assessments and design proposals.
• Review plastic part designs and recommend improvements.
• Lead tooling programs and CRM-based supplier collaboration across regions.
