Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain safe and efficient plant performance.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance activities and assist with preventive maintenance inspections.
• Monitor plant conditions and recommend adjustments to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to implement solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate activities with other operators as needed.
