Job summary

Linde Inc. in Norco, LA is seeking a Production Technician to support daily operations on a rotating 12-hour schedule. You will assist in developing and implementing SSOPs, TARs and routine maintenance while maintaining training and PSM compliance.

You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors under varying conditions. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and/or an Associate degree in Process Technology or at least two years of production operations experience,

• Develop and implement SSOPs (sanitation standard operating procedures).
• Assist in planned turnarounds (TARs) and routine maintenance activities.
• Provide shift coverage on a rotating 12-hour schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain training compliance and participate in PSM compliance activities.
• Perform duties on elevated platforms and lift up to 50 pounds, outdoors and indoors under varying conditions.

• You will assist in developing and implementing SSOPs, planned turnarounds (TARs), and routine maintenance activities
• Further, provide shift coverage as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while working a rotating 12-hour schedule and on-call periods
• Complete assigned daily work lists, work orders, and PSM compliance activities while maintaining training compliance
• Maintain facility housekeeping standards and comply with waste management and environmental regulations
• Also, perform duties on elevated platforms, climb ladders, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors under varying conditions for extended periods
