This hands-on role requires a BS ME and a strong background in mechanical/industrial engineering, with the ability to work withMaintenance and Operations teams to troubleshoot and implement engineering solutions in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS ME) required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
• Hands-on engineer who can support Maintenance and Operations teams and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant engineering projects focused on equipment improvements, process enhancements, and facility upgrades.
• Design, modify, test, and implement new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to Maintenance and Manufacturing teams.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, motion, hydraulic, and process equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and ROI calculations.
• Assist with capital equipment projects from concept through implementation.
• Create and interpret mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support equipment reliability, productivity improvements, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and training related to new equipment and processes.
