Job summary

FOX Factory in Alabama is seeking a hands‑on Plant Manager to lead full‑site manufacturing, safety, quality and delivery. You will own the plant P&L, drive lean initiatives, and partner with supply chain, engineering and quality to meet production commitments in a high‑volume, high‑mix environment.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong coaching ability, and a track record of improving productivity and cost control while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven manufacturing leadership in high‑volume, high‑mix environments.
• Experience in automotive or vehicle upfit settings preferred.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide full‑site leadership and end‑to‑end ownership for manufacturing including body, paint, assembly, and quality inspection.
• Own plant P&L including labor, overhead and production costs, driving profitability.
• Lead production scheduling, capacity planning and resource allocation for throughput.
• Drive lean initiatives, standard work and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and process documentation.
• Lead talent management, coaching and succession planning across managers and teams.
