Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of management experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees leaders within the plant manufacturing process and sets standards to ensure on-time production and quality objectives.
• Analyze capital budget investment opportunities and make recommendations to operations/segment leads.
• Collaborate with Operations to plan labor and staffing for the business needs.
• Support performance management and career development for team members and leaders.
• Provide input to strategic plan with timelines, KPIs, and communications.
