• Requires 3-5 years in a maintenance role.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical repair.
• Familiarity with TPM/lean manufacturing and OEE.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to work 40+ hours and on-call for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and building systems to support operations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and schedule repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure safety rules, arc flash, LOTO, and electrical standards are followed.
• Sustain 6S in all work areas and maintain facility housekeeping.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and plant personnel.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance requests as needed.
