Venteon seeks a Senior Plant Analyst in Halstead, Kansas to provide financial analysis, reporting and recommendations to support operational decisions in a manufacturing setting.

You will own the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, lead month-end close, develop budgets and forecasts, monitor KPIs, and drive cost variances to improve plant profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis and accounting experience in a manufacturing space.
• Working knowledge and understanding of SAP.
• Fundamental understanding of US GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial analysis, reporting and recommendations to support operational decisions.
• Develop and drive actions and financial plans to achieve targets.
• Analyze manufacturing performance and provide cost variances to enhance plant profitability.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage and own the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow to support all schedules.
• Prepare and maintain KPI's.
• Monitor Internal Controls.
• Perform fixed asset accounting, capitalization reviews, depreciation analysis and fixed asset inventory valuation.
• Support the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning process for the plant.
