Qualifications

• Several years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, inventory, cost accounting, or plant/operational environments.
• Strong accounting foundation with ability to learn, take ownership and grow into a broader plant-focused role.
• Excellent Excel skills and comfort with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial close and reporting to reflect plant performance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliations.
• Support inventory tracking, cycle counts, and cost accuracy.
• Maintain fixed assets and financial records.
• Assist with pricing, margin analysis, and operational decision-making.
• Partner with operations and sales to improve financial visibility.
• Support audits, compliance, and process improvements.
• Review timecards and coordinate with payroll on regional submissions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen systems, controls and efficiency.
