Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review plans for commercial and residential development and coordinate reviews with departments.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email; explain DeKalb County Code and state requirements.
• Review erosion/sedimentation control compliance for properties; ensure zoning and land development compliance.
• Review hydrology reports for stormwater management and FEMA flood inquiries.
