Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking an experienced analyst to support HQ US Army Reserve operations. The role requires senior staff experience, a Secret clearance, and a solid DoD leadership background. You will perform force projection analysis, strategic planning support, and develop performance metrics.

The contractor position focuses on analytical tasks, briefing senior leaders, and maintaining information systems and collaboration platforms, with a flexible work environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• 7–10 years Army Reserve experience.
• Experience in DoD staff leadership and senior staff roles.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in management or supervision with at least 4 years in DoD leadership.

Responsibilities

• Force Projection Analysis.
• Provide G35 strategic planning support including LSCO, LSMO, and Mobilization.
• Provide analytical support to the G-3/5 Plans Section.
• Provide analytical support to the G-3/5/7 Plans Section.
• Utilize information systems and government AI for tasks.
• Prepare command and senior leader presentations, briefs, executive summaries, and reports.
• Maintain SharePoint site and division Teams folders.
• Synchronize and update support plans and requirements for USAR operations.
• Conduct MDMP Analysis.
• Analyze HQ-USAR initiatives and develop KPIs and metrics.
• Participate in meetings and working groups.
• Produce and update General Officer information briefs and papers.
• Customer support and additional duties.

• Salary Range -$85,000 to $90,000

This contract is in support of the Headquarters, United States Army Reserve to provide Analyst Support Services.

Job Description

• Force Projection Analysis
• Provide G35 strategic planning support to include planning for LSCO, LSMO, and Mobilization.
• Provide analytical support to the G-3/5 Plans Section
• Provide analytical support to the G-3/5/7 Plans Section
• Utilize a variety of information systems, automation tools, and government approved artificial intelligence(AI) in the completion of tasks.
• Prepare command and senior leader presentations, briefs, executive summaries, reports etc.
• Provide information, clarification and answer request for information
• Maintain the accuracy and provide updates to the organization SharePoint site and division Microsoft Teams folders.
• Synchronize and update support plans and requirements necessary to support USAR Operations
• Conduct MDMP Analysis
• Conduct data analysis of HQ-USAR initiatives and projects to include the development of metrics / key performance indicators to accurately capture data and associated performance.
• Participate in meetings, operational planning teams, working groups as assigned.
• Produce and participate in General Officer Information updates and briefs
• Prepares command and senior leader briefs, reports and information papers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years' experience in management or supervision and a minimum of four years of that experience shall have been in DoD Staff Leadership
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• Command and General Staff or Sergeants Major Academy Graduate
• 7 to 10 years of Army Reserve Experience
• Experience working at the Senior Staff
• Must have a Secret Clearance
