Responsibilities include coaching 3–5 analysts, defining shelf strategies, and coordinating with Store Ops, Marketing, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, business, marketing, retail management, analytics, or related field.
• Five to eight years in category management, merchandising, visual merchandising, space planning, or related retail func.
• At least three years of people-leading experience with coaching and performance management.
• Hands-on with space-planning software such as Blue Yonder or Spaceman.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 3–5 Planogram Analysts; manage workload, timelines, and quality.
• Define category shelf strategies and translate into planograms for formats and clusters.
• Partner with Space Planning to establish store-assignment logic by assortment and format.
• Collaborate with Store Ops, Marketing, Pricing, and suppliers on displays and execution.
• Provide training and enforce quality-control for planograms and related materials.
