Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Planning Tool, to lead the vision and governance of enterprise planning and forecasting platforms across FP&A.

You will partner with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics and stakeholders to enable world-class budgeting, scenario modelling and performance management, empowering scalable, integrated planning. Located in Raynham, MA with other U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Finance Technology, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, or performance management solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in global environments.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes, planning cycles, and management reporting.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across Finance, Technology, and business units.
• Proven people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the roadmap for enterprise planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Own planning platforms, processes, governance, standards, and best practices.
• Standardize processes, data, security, and user experience across the organization.
• Translate FP&A priorities into scalable budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning solutions.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Guide solution architecture for scalability and enterprise integration.
• Ensure trusted, governed data and consistent integration across planning and reporting.
• Advance connected planning, analytics, and scenario modelling to improve decisions.
• Track platform performance, adoption, and business outcomes through KPIs.
• Manage risks, issues, controls, and governance requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, globally connected planning team.
