Job summary

Guest Worldwide is seeking a Senior Planner/Buyer to lead sourcing, planning and procurement to meet company objectives and customer requirements. You will oversee Junior Buyers and Planner/Buyers to maintain optimal inventory and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years in procurement or hospitality, proficiency with ERP/MMS systems, and strong forecasting. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience as a Planner/Buyer.
• Proficient use of an ERP and Materials Planning System.
• Strong understanding of pricing and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide the team while fostering relationships with internal and external departments.
• Lead cost savings initiatives and process improvements as directed by Sr. Leadership.
• Oversee the team as they prepare, review, and track purchase orders through the process.
• Expedite and adjust orders to support changing production and customer demands, tracking status and delinquencies.
