Flowserve is seeking a site leader in Raleigh, NC to manage a team of 8–12 in materials planning and operations for the Engineered-to-Order business. You will drive excellence in planning cycles, inventory strategy, and ERP data governance to support on-time delivery and strong financial results.

The role requires a solid background in MRP/MPS, SIOP processes, and Lean principles, with a track record of developing people and improving operations in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, operations, or business-related field. For internal FLS candidates, 10 years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 3 years of experience leading a materials or operations team in an ETO manufacturing environment, with demonstrated success in developing people and processes to achieve high-performance results.
• Strong understanding of MRP and MPS systems, with experience leveraging tools to drive planning excellence.
• Experience with developing and executing SIOP processes.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of financial statements, including P&L, cost of sales, and balance sheet.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning team in scheduling and commitments to backlog, and create/execute capacity and material supply plans.
• Partner with operations to evaluate production plans across planning cycles and ensure capacity to execute the plan.
• Drive capacity planning and plant resource utilization through lean methods.
• Develop and implement an inventory and material flow strategy to optimize inventory and meet working capital goals.
• Ensure ERP data integrity, accurate BOM structures, routings, and master data for reliable planning.
