Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or CFA or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with ability to tie results to drivers.
• Excellent presentation and communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quarterly and semiannual forecasting for Bermuda entities.
• Lead quarterly actuals reporting and variance commentary.
• Monitor core financial metrics and translate insights for leadership.
• Partner with senior Finance to support reinsurance transactions and initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and post-transaction reporting.
• Drive process improvements in planning and reporting.
• Act as Finance partner across functions and geographies.
