Job summary

X-energy LLC is hiring multiple Planner-Schedulers to join its Project Controls team in Rockville, MD. This role provides schedule management support to internal teams and external partners, under supervision of leadership.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining resource-loaded schedules, baselines, and schedule health checks, conducting critical path analyses, and supporting risk and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering, or science required (4+ years in lieu).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and policies.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules.
• Maintain schedule baselines and progress updates with stakeholders.
• Perform schedule analyses: critical path, float, what-if scenarios and variances.
• Conduct schedule health-checks/audits per best practices and internal criteria.
• Support risk/change management with schedule impact analyses.
• Assist proposal efforts with WBS and schedule development and cost/resource projections.
• Deliver Schedule Management trainings as needed.
