Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to join our team in Tysons, VA. You will create, update, and maintain construction schedules, coordinate inputs, and deliver status reports for complex programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project scheduling, strong communication, and advanced skills in Primavera P6. This on-site role offers exposure to high-profile projects and the chance to influence project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain integration of contractor schedules within the program schedules.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analyses on integrated schedules.
• Identify constraints before work starts and support resource and logistics planning.

Job Description

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Construction Scheduler to join our team to provide scheduling services to our clients. The ideal individual will have a good understanding of the project control’s function and will be primarily responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining the construction schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
• Develops good working relationships with project team.
• Implement project planning & scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
• Promote and maintain the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite of project schedules.
• Provide interface and quality assurance to Project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance.
• Support the project team in the implementation of an integrated enterprise based cross functional and EPC master schedule program.
• Preparing staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
• Identify constraints before work starts.Support resource and logistics planning.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5+ years of applicable experience
• Experience in the development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis.
• Advanced skills in scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.
• Strong communication skills.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $125K - $175K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
