Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a Senior Planner to deliver financial and planning analysis for VS&Co outlet stores and the clearance site. You will work cross-functionally with finance, pricing, planning, real estate, store operations, field, digital, and distribution to optimize sales and margins.
The role requires 5–7+ years in retail planning and a finance or accounting background; a Bachelor's is preferred, with MBA a plus.

The Senior Planner is responsible for delivering sound financial and planning analysis related to sales, margin, pricing, and inventory for VS&Co outlet stores and, to a lesser extent, the VS&Co clearance site. This role works very cross‑functionally with a broad partner group including finance, pricing, planning, real estate, store ops, field, digital, and the distribution center.
Minimum Salary: $99,400.00
Maximum Salary: $134,715.00
