Victoria’s Secret & Co. in New York seeks a Merchandise Planner for the Beauty business, focused on translating merchant vision into profitable sales, inventory and margin plans.
You will partner with merchants, demand and space planning to develop seasonal assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies while maintaining inventory turns. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in vertical beauty retail or planning, with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Your Role:
The Merchandise Planner supports the domestic (stores and digital) Beauty business. This role will be focused on a specific category of business and is responsible for translating the merchant’s vision into viable profitable results through developing and maintaining sales, inventory and margin plans that tie to financial targets.

Minimum Salary: $99,800.00
Maximum Salary: $135,240.00
