Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Senior Planner, Materials Management to ensure optimal material availability for manufacturing in a hybrid environment. You will develop material strategies, manage BOMs, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain supply continuity.

Utilize SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel tools to support MRP and inventory accuracy. Contribute to S&OP and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in supply chain planning or materials management in regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel tools including VBA/macros.
  • Knowledge of GMP principles and pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage risk.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and APICS preferred.
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented in complex supply chains.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute material plans to support manufacturing schedules and MRP requirements.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders for direct materials.
  • Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and optimize inventory parameters for reliable supply.
  • Monitor SAP transactions to ensure inventory accuracy and continuity of supply.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice and supply issues effectively.
  • Support scenario planning and reporting to enhance material management strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage specialty raw materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain domain.
