CMR is a multidisciplinary consultancy redefining project controls in the construction sector, offering tailored services across industries. We are seeking a Senior Planner with proven Aphex experience to join our UK team and help expand our project controls capabilities.

The role involves developing robust construction schedule estimates, integrating with cost and risk teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive schedule success. Hybrid London-based position with immediate start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years planning experience on construction and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience with Aphex.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of Civils, M&E or related construction disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills in English with clear presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop the schedule estimates for construction works that are robust, realistic and practicable.
• Define the Basis of Estimate for the construction schedule scope.
• Coordinate with Cost and Risk Management to align estimates.
• Support the QSRA process with the Risk team.
• Identify and manage internal/external interfaces including procurement and approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in to the project schedule.
• Validate schedule estimates using benchmark data and BIM where available.
