Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Sr Planner, Americas to lead day-to-day financial planning for assigned categories in the region from our Global Home Office in Columbus, OH.

You will own the OTB files, weekly reporting, and inventory allocation and replenishment to keep inventory on plan. Responsibilities include actionable planning, SKU management, promotional analysis, and collaboration with buying teams and channel partners to drive regional performance.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in retail or wholesale planning.
• Hands-on experience with Open to Buy management, allocation, and replenishment execution.
• Exposure to wholesale or franchise planning preferred.
• Proficiency with planning systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Technical precision — build and maintains financial models that are accurate and well-organized.
• Execution-orientation— manage allocation and replenishment processes with discipline.
• Ability to spot inventory performance trends and escalates deviations proactively.
• Ability to work well with buying team and channel partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage plan vs. performance on a 9-12 month rolling basis at the region, B/G, dept, and channel levels.
• Develop actions to stay on plan within Open to Buy and margin structure; recommend kitty spend & manage.
• Order and allocate inventory.
• Coordinate transportation calls within air spend.
• Oversee outlet and aged inventory decisions including redline and new hits.
• Manage SKU count and discipline.
• Make promotional decisions including calendar review and AUR adjustments.
• Tie out item plans with higher-level planning.
• Assess wholesale & franchise performance vs. expectations.
