Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Senior Planner in Ogden, UT to work with the Site Manager, Logistics Planning Manager, and project teams on Advanced Planning for Wings and Production work. You will develop schedules, forecast progress, and support negotiations to keep projects on time and within scope.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong Primavera P6 and MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Bechtel and NG/USAF

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
• Strong communication skills to present information to management and clients.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, forecast, and monitor project schedules.
• Coordinate with Site Manager, Logistics Planning Manager, and stakeholders to support Advanced/Transition Planning for Wings and Production work.
• Interface with senior internal and customer stakeholders to coordinate planning activities and resolve schedule issues.
