Job summary

  • Bachelor’s degree in architectural, engineering or construction field or credentials showing completion of a certified skilled trade apprenticeship.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Experience conducting detailed plan reviews, site inspections and preparing related reports.
  • Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, materials, building standards, building codes, life safety, and accessibility.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications and software programs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
