BCG Attorney Search in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to own cases from intake through settlement, developing strategies and advancing complex disputes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of plaintiff PI experience in Illinois, a JD from an accredited school, and an active IL license. Strong negotiation, client service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• Active Illinois license to practice law required.
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Develop case strategies and drive cases forward.
• Draft and review demand packages and other legal documents.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Evaluate settlement offers and provide strategic recommendations.
