Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an experienced PlainID professional to deliver high-quality work, lead technical discussions, and govern policy implementations across client environments. You will design ABAC/PBAC, integrate with identity providers and data platforms, and manage policy lifecycle from authoring to go-live.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, governance ownership, and travel up to 50% to serve various clients. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total experience with PlainID implementation.
• 3+ years with PBAC access control modelling.
• 3+ years in complex integrations and connectors.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, GDPR, and ISO standards.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT.
• Policy-as-code concepts and policy logic.
• APIs and microservices architectures; API gateways.
• CAB/change governance, release management, stakeholder mgmt.
• Advanced PlainID integration troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement PlainID in client environments.
• Lead technical discussions with Enterprise architects and IAM stake holders.
• Design ABAC/PBAC policies translating business rules.
• Integrate PlainID with identity providers and data platforms.
• Support policy lifecycle: authoring, testing, deployment.
• Run requirements sessions documenting current-state access.
• Troubleshoot conflicts across the technology stack.
• Support testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Produce policy catalogs and integration runbooks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to surface risks early.
• Stay current on PlainID roadmap and AI agent capabilities.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation standards.
• Resolve defects with client teams and vendors.
