Artech is seeking a PL/SQL / Database Developer / Data Engineer in Tampa, FL. The role requires 8-10 years of hands-on experience as Senior Data Developer or Data Analytics Lead, with expertise in Oracle PL/SQL queries and Python.

You will analyze data, perform profiling, mentor analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally on data analytics projects. Familiarity with AI/ML, data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant hands-on work experience as Senior Data Developer or Data Analytics Lead.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining Oracle PL/SQL queries
• Expertise in Python programming
• Strong understanding of relational databases
• Experience performing in-depth data analysis and data profiling activities
• Experience mentoring/leading other data analysts
• Strong interpersonal skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems; excellent teamwork skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong consulting skills
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement
• Solid skills effectively managing multiple small to large projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment
• Awareness and understanding of AI/ML tools and techniques in data analytics (e.g., machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, predictive modeling).
• Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques in data analysis projects is a plus
• Exposure data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, etc (nice to have)
