Freddie Mac is seeking a Senior PKI/Cryptography Engineer to support the Data Protection team within Information Security Engineering. You will administer PKI applications and cryptographic tools, build and maintain security solutions, and collaborate with internal/external customers and vendors to remediate information security issues.

The role requires extensive PKI/cryptography experience, Linux/Windows operations, and strong scripting skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years in IT security with SOX controls.
• 5+ years hands-on PKI and cryptography experience.
• Knowledge of hashes, symmetric/asymmetric algorithms, and signatures.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server build and operations.
• Strong cross-team collaboration in Data Protection services.
• Familiarity with MITRE, CIS CSC, SOX, NIST, RFCs, IETF.
• Experience with HIPS, firewall rules, secure configurations.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Ansible.
• Understanding of Java, JSON, XML, YAML, and OOP.
• Knowledge of source control tools (Git).
• Secure Software Lifecycle and Vulnerability Management basics.
• Security certifications preferred.
• Basic ITIL Incident/Problem Management understanding.
