Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior PK Analyst to work remotely from within the United States. The role focuses on pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) analysis, with a strong emphasis on programming in SAS and R, NONMEM datasets, and statistical output.

The candidate will engage with sponsors and CPMS teammates on complex clinical development projects. The position requires 4–6 years of SAS/R programming experience, expert SAS/R knowledge, and comfort with Unix/Linux environments.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years programming experience using SAS and R (required).
• Expert knowledge of SAS (SAS/BASE, SAS/STAT, and SAS/GRAPH) AND R (required).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (required).
• Experience with Phoenix WinNonlin desirable.
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetic data desirable.
• Unix and/or Linux knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide PK/PD parameter derivation and programming for NONMEM datasets and PK/PD derived datasets.
• Program and validate tables, listings, figures, and statistical appendices.
• Ensure deliverables meet specifications and SOPs, while applying good programming practices (ICH/GCP).
• Mentor and train other analysts; support internal/external stakeholders.
