Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior System Validation Engineer for the Pixel Watch. You will lead the validation strategy for next‑generation watches, prioritizing CUJs and transitioning from prototyping to mass production.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer electronics environments or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing test suites and automating system and hardware validations.
• Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, or Perl for validation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify coverage gaps between PRDs and validation plans with TPMs.
• Define and execute CUJ test cases and engineering automation setups.
• Own end-to-end stress testing and initial debugging to resolve design flaws.
• Replicate complex failures and work with teams to mitigate defects.
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance validation efficiency.
