Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Senior Pitch Designer to lead the enterprise new business design. You will turn strategy documents, audits, and media plans into visual storytelling and own the delivery readiness of every prospect asset.

You will bring motion and video into pitches, producing sizzle reels and data-driven visuals while partnering with strategists and analysts to shape how our thinking is seen in the room. Remote-first with LA/NYC hubs.

Qualifications

3+ years of design experience focused on presentation and new business design.
Experience in performance marketing, media, or a creative agency.
Portfolio showing decks and pitch materials that helped win business.
Expert PowerPoint and Google Slides with master layouts and animations.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; video work capable.
Strong data visualization and judgment on when to chart vs headline.
Ability to work with strategy and analytics inputs under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead design for enterprise pursuit decks from narrative to appendix.
Deliver custom branding and design guidelines in collaboration with Growth Lead.
Turn audit findings, media plans and data into visuals that pass buyer scrutiny.
Produce motion and video assets, including sizzle reels and transitions.
Format responses in Word/Google Docs with clear exhibits and covers.
Deliver presenter-ready files across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, video.
