• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, automation, or related field.
• 10+ years in food production layout and design.
• 5+ years leading product integration initiatives.
• 3–5 years in food & beverage and sanitary industries with industry standards.
• Experience capturing customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Vault for design documentation.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication and welding practices.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven PM experience with cross-functional groups.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as subject matter expert for layout problems and drive design initiatives.
• Lead design projects from conception through commercialization.
