Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Superintendent or construction leadership experience.
• Strong background in commercial mechanical/piping systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and BIM drawings.
• Knowledge of scheduling, manpower planning, and project coordination.
• Experience with LEAN construction principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commercial mechanical construction projects.
• Manage field manpower, schedules, and workflow sequencing.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity on projects.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, purchasing, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, BIM coordination, specifications, and submittals.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
