Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Pipefitter to assist in the installation and maintenance of pipe systems at project sites in Oklahoma. The role includes reading blueprints, performing measurements, and helping with fabricating and installing piping components under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pipefitting or related field.
• Must be able to pass Burns and McDonnell assessment program.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Assist in fabricating and installing pipe systems, hangers and supports.
• Assist in testing hydrostatic and pneumatic systems.
• Assist in securing pipes to structures with brackets, clamps and hangers.
• Perform cleanup and site readiness tasks.
