Victaulic is seeking skilled welders for Level 1–3 roles focusing on standard and engineered parts. Responsibilities range from setup and routine welding of 4–12 inch parts to advanced welding in 2G/2G positions, rigging, and mentoring less experienced welders.

Responsibilities expand to balancing production, assisting in trials of new weldability, and ensuring conformance to ES1124 standards, weld symbols, and shop drawings. Opportunities for growth within engineered products.

Qualifications

Certification to weld A53 pipe in 1G-R position using the GMAW-P process in accordance with ASME Sec. IX.
Certification to weld A312 pipe in 1G-R position using the GMAW-P process in accordance with ASME Sec. IX.
Certification to weld A53 O-Lets using the GTAW process for root and using the GMAW-P process on cap in accordance with ASME Sec. IX.
Pass Visual test for SCH. 10 & 40 TEE Fittings in a 1G-R position using the GMAW-P Process.
Proficient understanding of Victaulic ES1124 weld standard.
Proficient understanding of part configurations via shop drawing.
Proficient understanding of Victaulic weld symbols.
Proficient understanding of measurement devices.
Proficiently configure Victaulic standard parts 4” – 12” in diameter at any length.
Proficiently weld Victaulic standard parts 4” - 12” in diameter at any length.

Responsabilités

Level 1: Setup & upkeep procedures for standard parts, and weld 4–12” parts.
Level 1: Pass tests and balance fitups including O-Lets and flange parts.
Level 2: Weld A53/A312 in 2G, and rigging/crane for non-standard parts.
Level 2: Weld standard parts <3” and 12”+ in diameter.
Level 3: Balance production welding, mentor others, assist in trialing new weldability.
