Quality Labor Management (QLM) in Milton, FL seeks a Pipe Layer to lead underground pipe installations with precision and safety. You will interpret construction plans, set grade stakes, and verify elevations to ensure accurate pipe placement and alignment.

As senior crew member, you will oversee Pipe Technicians, maintain trench safety, and coordinate with operators to install water mains and joints that prevent leaks.

Qualifications

• Experience reading construction drawings and utility layouts.
• Ability to calculate grades and set elevations.
• Knowledge of trench safety and shoring procedures.
• Experience joining PVC, concrete, and ductile iron pipes.

Responsibilities

• Install pipes in trenches according to plans.
• Maintain grade accuracy with lasers and levels.
• Guide and align pipes with equipment operators.
